Preparing your pet
Key Indonesian pet import requirements
Every route is different, so we confirm the current requirements for your pet’s origin, destination, species and travel date.
- ISO-compatible microchip identification
- Valid rabies vaccination
- RNATT/FAVN rabies blood titre test
- A veterinarian’s letter confirming the pet is healthy to travel must be provided within 1 month of the Indonesian import permit being granted
- Indonesian import permit
- Export health certificate issued, stamped and signed by the government veterinarian of the country the pet is travelling from. This document must be prepared within five days before arrival in Jakarta
