Unlike typical boarding facilities in Brunei, we understand the importance of catering specifically to the needs of Australian-bound pets, which is why we do not accept local boarding.
Many boarding facilities in Brunei accept local boarding pets, including stray rescues under recovery. However, this can be very risky, as 90% of Brunei strays have blood parasites that cause Ehrlichia canis, Babesia gibsoni and Anaplasma, as well as heart worm. Additionally, 30% of strays have Leishmaniasis, which can be easily transmitted to other pets.
At Jetfast, we pride ourselves on the high level of care that we provide to all of our guests. We have 5 resident dogs who have been with us for over 15 years and are 100% clear of any transmissible diseases. They are also separated from the Australian-bound pets to ensure their safety.
We have a resident vet assistant who lives at Jetfast and 4 full-time pet nannies, including a professional groomer, to ensure that your pets receive the best possible care. Upon arrival, your pets will be bathed, brushed daily, and have their eyes cleaned if they have tear stains. They will also receive basic grooming, such as ear cleaning and nail clipping.
At Jetfast, all of our rooms are air-conditioned, and we play soothing music 24/7 to create a calming environment for your pets. When the weather permits, we take our guests for walks, including visits to a seaside park.
Our guests have their own personalized rooms and are slowly introduced to the rest of the guest pets, allowing them to play together once they are comfortable. They also have 24/7 access to outdoor space to do their business.
